Brain Health
Our brain is intrinsically responsible for the magnitude of processes carried out in the body. Psychological activities within the brain itself have a significant amount of voluntary and involuntary input. Involuntary functions of the brain allow complex messages to be sent to and received from the body, without us having to spend energy coordinating these activities consciously. Voluntary functions are decided upon and carried out by the brain itself via our conscious thinking.
For the brain to function optimally, it is necessary that all of the inner workings of the brain are organized and coordinated. This may be affected by many lifestyle factors, which we may or may be able to control. The symptoms or signs that your brain is not functioning at full capacity may be subtle and not noticeable, which is why we must reflect on how our minds and bodies are operating. The brain is extremely fragile therefore, we must be aware of anything that may cause impairment to our cognition.
