Our Research & Development team is headed by Dr George Thouas. He is an experienced biomedical senior scientist with nearly two decades of academic research experience. His team is responsible for the science behind each formulation. He is growing his team to support our expanding portfolio of products, so there are plenty of exciting and innovative projects to work on.
Responsibilities:
  • New product development
  • Extensive literature research and technical support for existing products
  • Writing technical and marketing documentation
  • Provide technical support to the wider company (e.g. sales, marketing, business)
Key selection criteria:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, with minimum Honours
  • Experience writing a thesis or technical documentation
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, and in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

To support our expansion into the Japanese market, our head office in Melbourne is looking for a qualified Japanese candidate to assist with our business development project.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research for various industries in Japan (e.g. pharmaceutical, health supplements, food and cosmetics)
  • Identify key players, market trends, and customer behaviour
  • Research and understand industry regulations
  • Support and lead the setup of business operations in Japan (e.g. staff recruitment in Japan, liaise with external consultants)
  • Facilitate and coordinate communications between the Australian head office and Japan office and contacts
  • Other relevant duties as assigned from time to time
Key selection criteria:
  • Working permit in Australia (including student or graduate with visa to stay and work in Australia)
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in Japan in any of the following industries: Business, International Trade, Pharmaceuticals, Health/Food Supplement, Food, or Cosmetics
  • Ability to speak and write Japanese and English fluently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously, and in a team environment
  • Have a passion for the health industry

To support our expansion into the Asian market, our head office in Melbourne is looking for a qualified candidate to assist our logistics and administration team.
Responsibilities:
  • Stock receiving, packing, dispatching in a timely manner;
  • Process documentation, record information, and maintain accurate stock/inventory information at all times;
  • Report accurate stock situation and provide recommendation/request to the Team Leader to ensure adequate stock level is maintained at the right location;
  • Participate in other logistic and administrative duties including preparing shipping documents, product and stock data entry;
  • Participate in other relevant team projects from time to time.
Key selection criteria:
  • Working permit in Australia (including student or graduate with visa to stay and work in Australia)
  • Willing to learn, open-minded;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to speak English fluently and ideally a native speaker for any of the following Asian languages including but not restricted to Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, and Burmese...;
  • Prior work experience in one of these industries are preferable but not essential: International Trade, Pharmaceuticals, Health/Food Supplement, Food, or Cosmetics
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
