Directions for Use
- Children (6+ months) and Adults (including pregnant & breastfeeding women): 1 capsule daily

How to administer
- For young children who cannot chew (< 5 years): puncture the capsule with a toothpick or fork then squeeze the content onto food, a teaspoon, or directly into mouth
- For older children who can chew (> 5 years) and adults, chew capsule whole
