Directions for Use

• Adults (including pregnant & breastfeeding women): 1 tablet 3 times daily, with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional
• Children (2+ years): ½ to 2 tablets daily
• Children (1–2 years): ¼ tablet daily, crushed into powder form, or mixed with food

Product Warnings

• Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester
• Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice
• Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate
• Contains phenylalanine. Do not take this product if allergic to any of its composition
• Contains magnesium, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea
• Keep out of reach of children

Storage Instructions

Store below 30°C in a cool dry place away from heat and sunlight. Protect against moisture.
