Directions for Use

• Children: 1-3 years: 1-2 capsules daily
• 4-13 years: 1-2 capsules twice daily
• 14+ years & Adults including pregnant & breastfeeding women: 2-5 capsules daily
• Or as directed by a healthcare professional

How to administer

• For young children who cannot chew (< 5 years), puncture the capsule with a toothpick or fork then squeeze the content onto food, a teaspoon, or directly into mouth
• For older children who can chew (> 5 years) and adults, chew capsule whole

Product Warnings

• Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice
• Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate
• Contains phenylalanine, sucralose, sulfites and soya bean products. Do not take this product if allergic to any of its composition
• Do not use if cap seal is broken
• Keep out of reach of children

Storage Instructions

Store below 25°C in a cool dry place away from heat and sunlight. Protect against moisture.
